Every question here came from a real booking conversation. The answers are the same ones you'd get on the phone. If something isn't covered, text (626) 242-7710 and you'll get a straight answer.
You'll be surprised how fast you get a call.
1. You send the form, call or text with your date, venue, format and headcount.
2. We confirm availability and call you with options, usually the same day.
3. You approve, and a signed agreement plus a retainer holds your date.
4. A short planning call before the event covers your run of show, your guests and any branded moments.
5. We arrive early, perform, and you enjoy the night.
Often, yes. Text (626) 242-7710 with the date and you'll know quickly whether we're open. For local Los Angeles events we have delivered the full show with as little as a day's notice.
Real life happens. If the new date is open, we move your booking at no charge. If it isn't, we find the closest alternative or apply your retainer to a future booking. We have rescheduled for weather, new babies, family emergencies and last-minute travel.
All of it. That's what Omni means: close-up magic, mind reading and mentalism, hypnosis, stage shows, virtual shows and comedy, each built around the people in your room. Sophisticated and conversational for a cocktail hour, a full stage show for a ballroom, and a show for kids and teens that never talks down to them.
Walk-around close-up usually runs 1 to 3 hours. Stage and parlor shows run 15 to 60 minutes. Virtual shows run 35 to 75 minutes. Trade show activations run through the show day. The length is part of your quote.
Never. Volunteers are chosen with care and only when they're clearly enjoying it. Shy guests get to watch. Magic should make people feel like the smartest person in the room, not the most embarrassed. Everything is clean and HR-safe.
Yes, and it should be when the event calls for it. Your company name, product, tagline or story can be built into the finale. Branded pieces take about 3 to 6 weeks of lead time, so send your messaging early.
Yes, with great care. The ring appears as the final moment of a piece performed for both of you. Proposals take 2 to 4 weeks of planning and a call.
Even better. Most of the material isn't on TikTok or YouTube. Audiences who expect to spot the method usually leave the most stunned.
Yes, please. Film it, post it and tag us. Guests love rewatching the moment.
Home base is Greater Los Angeles: Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Malibu, Pasadena, San Marino, Arcadia, Glendale, Burbank, Hollywood, Studio City, Encino, Calabasas, Downtown LA and everywhere between. Plus Orange County and San Diego, and nationwide for corporate events and trade shows.
Travel depends on the distance and is built into your quote as its own line, so there are no surprises. Flights and hotels for out-of-state events are quoted all in.
Most major venues in Los Angeles, including the Hotel Bel-Air, Beverly Hills Hotel, Beverly Wilshire, Four Seasons, the Peninsula, Shutters on the Beach, Casa del Mar, Fairmont Miramar, the Langham Huntington, Pelican Hill, Montage Laguna, the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, Calamigos Ranch and the Tournament House, plus convention centers nationwide.
Close-up needs none, just room to move between guests. A parlor show needs a small area with guests facing one way. A stage show needs a 10 by 10 area and a microphone. At a trade show we work the edge of your existing booth.
Yes. $2 million in general liability. Your venue gets a certificate of insurance inside 48 hours, naming them as additional insured if required.
Not for close-up. For parlor shows over about 30 guests, a wireless mic helps. Stage shows need a handheld or headset mic and standard stage lighting. A tech rider comes with your confirmation, and we coordinate directly with your AV team.
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex and most others, with a broadcast-quality camera, lights and sound on our side. Tech checks happen a few days before the show. See virtual shows.
Yes, routinely, for studio executives, athletes, celebrities, founders and private hosts. Discretion is part of the standard.
The performer you booked: Johnny Wu or Dylan George, in person, on your date. No bait and switch and no agency talent pool. For events that need three or more performers we add artists we work with often, and you know exactly who before you sign.
