Who we are
Omni Magic Entertainment ("Omni Magic", "we", "us") is a Los Angeles magic, mentalism and hypnosis company founded in 2017 by Johnny Wu, with Dylan George. This policy covers omnimagic.co and the booking conversations that start here.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our booking form, call, text or email us, we collect what you share, such as:
- your name, email address and phone number
- event details: date, start and end time, address or city (or time zone for a virtual show), type of service, guest count, budget if you share one, how you heard about us, and anything else you tell us about your event
- messages and notes from our calls, texts and emails with you
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, when you visit we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that sent you here, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Some of this is collected with cookies and similar technologies described below.
We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Deposits and invoices are handled through our booking software or the payment method we agree on with you.
How we use it
- to answer your inquiry, check our availability, call you back, and send a quote, agreement or invoice
- to plan and perform your event, including timing, venue logistics and insurance certificates
- to follow up about your event, ask for feedback and, if you are a past client, let you know about dates or offers we think you'd want (you can opt out any time)
- to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, and to measure whether our advertising works
- to keep the site secure, prevent spam and comply with the law
We do not sell your personal information for money.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you, keep accurate business, tax and insurance records, and resolve disputes, which is usually several years after your event. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's retention settings. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link, or reply STOP to a text message.
- You can opt out of ad tracking as described in the cookies section.
Send any request to hello@omnimagic.co or call or text (626) 242-7710. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.
California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to:
- know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we share it with
- delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions
- correct inaccurate personal information
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you)
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
Categories we collect: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (event details, quotes and bookings); internet activity (pages viewed, clicks and similar usage data); approximate geolocation; and inferences about your interest in our services.
Sharing for advertising: our use of the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags may count as "sharing" under California law. To opt out, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser (we honor it), adjust your ad settings with Google and Meta, or contact us and we'll record your request. We do not sell personal information for money and have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16.

Children
We perform for kids, but this website is for the adults who book us. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the tools that store your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
